Many new applications use Microsoft .NET framework as development platform. So it has become necessory to install .NET framework on your computer. If you have automatic updates “ON” on your computer then you don’t need to worry about this. But if your auto updates are turned off then you will have to download the .NET framework on your PC to get the latest apps working.

.NET 3.5 download
